Levels of essential fatty acids are regulated in the body by complex metabolic processes.

The Heart Foundation Australia recommends 2-3 servings of oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines) per week to achieve optimal levels of EPA and DHA (Heart Foundation 2015). Our fish oil supplement may help people who don’t eat 2-3 servings of fish per week or unable to consume enough plant-based sources such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts and hemp seeds.
