Let's break it down

How it works

Calcium is the main mineral contained in bones and is essential for strong and healthy bones. The body also needs calcium for many basic functions, in particular, muscles and nerve conduction. It is needed to trigger muscle contraction and muscle relaxation. Our formulation is enriched with vitamin D to enhance calcium absorption in the intestine for better effects. We have made sure our Calcium Plus is suitable for all types of diets. We use the world’s only Vegan Society & Vegetarian Society registered plant-source Vitamin D3. Calcium Plus is 100% suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Dietary Boost

Did you know your body does not produce calcium (which is the most abundant mineral in the body). Because of this, proper dietary intake of calcium is essential. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis, a low bone density condition that is often experienced in later life and in postmenopausal women. It has been estimated by the Australian Health Survey that 73% of women and 51% of men older than 2 years do not get the required calcium levels solely through food and beverages.
