Let's break it down

How it works

The herb Ginkgo Biloba has been used to benefit the brain in traditional Chinese medicine for many years, and is now widely used in the west. Ginkgo Biloba can increase the quality of memory and alertness. Like Ginkgo, Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi) has also been used traditionally for hundreds of years, in Ayurvedic medicine. Brahmi is known to help the cognitive processes that support learning, retention of new information and mental clarity.

Dietary Boost

Ginkgo and Brahmi's qualities can help with overall wellbeing when combined with a balanced diet. Stress surrounds us and is a part of our everyday lives. During times of stress, it’s easy to turn to food for comfort, gravitating towards a diet that’s convenient and nutritionally void (aka sugar and carbs). Therefore a balanced diet can be extremely powerful when trying to manage your stress. It’s all about making sure you provide your body with adequate nutrients to help your body cope with stress.
